Start of shift
- Switch on urn or kettles. If they require filling only use bottled water.
- Switch on glass washer (green button)
- Ensure there is milk and spoons on the table
During shift
- Keep bar clear of empties
- Pick up empties from tables and wipe tables down with anti-bacteria spray
- All empties have to be washed before being sterilised in the glass washer
- Sterilise by closing machine door and pushing red button
- There is no need to dry items once sterilised
Before leaving
- Fill fridges from store room
- Collect cushions from chairs and tidy outside area
- Wipe down bar area
- Unplug kettles and urn
- Fill urn for next user
- Bring in milk, wipe table and wash used spoons
- If recycling or rubbish is full, put bag outside by bins
